Our BVI Ship Registration Process
Step 1: Personal Details

Step 2: Ship Details
Tell us more about the vessel you’d like to register — including its name, size, usage, and existing documentation.
Step 3: Company Details
If you’ll be registering under a company, complete the form with information about the ownership structure. If you don’t have a company yet, we’ll guide you through forming one in the BVI.
Step 4: Review Estimate
Once we’ve reviewed your submitted info, you’ll receive a personalized cost estimate within 48 hours, including all registry fees and service charges.
Step 5: Pay Deposit
When you’re ready, submit your deposit to lock in the quote and begin the document preparation process with our local licensed agents.
What Happens After You’ve Submitted Everything?
Once we receive your completed forms:
- Our team will review your responses and supporting documents within 1–2 business days
- We’ll consult with our local registered agent and corporate services provider to verify any requirements based on vessel size, flag history, or ownership structure
- We will then prepare a detailed estimate based on your inputs, including:
- BVI registry fees
- Registered agent service charges
- Optional company formation costs
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:
- A personalized quote
- A secure link to review and e-sign your service agreement
- Any follow-up document requests (if clarification is needed)
Once your deposit is received, we begin formalizing your paperwork with the licensed provider and initiate the official name reservation or application process.
